Amy Manzelli to Present at Legal Food Hub Fall 2025 CLE Series
On October 23, Amy Manzelli will be presenting at the Conservation Law Foundation Legal Food Hub’s very first CLE (Continuing Legal Education) series. Amy will be discussing best practices regarding farmland leases, including the importance of specifying the leased premises, budgeting for costs, recovering equity of farmer-built structures, and more.
The Legal Food Hub is a free service that connects eligible farmers, food entrepreneurs, and food-related organizations in New England with volunteer attorneys for pro-bono legal assistance. They provide legal help for issues such as business formation, contracts, real estate, land transfers, and more, with a goal of strengthening the local food system by removing legal barriers and fostering economic stability for those involved in it. BCM is proud to partner with the Legal Food Hub in support of their mission.
Amy is currently a co-chair of the NH Bar Association CLE Committee, having served on the committee for several years. Amy believes strongly that attorneys should keep up-to-date with the law and employ the highest ethical standards within and without the court.
