BCM Assisting Monadnock Conservancy regarding the Calhoun Family Forest

BCM Owner-Attorney Jason Reimer is assisting the Monadnock Conservancy in their action against a Gilsum resident it alleges dumped topsoil containing an invasive species on land in the Calhoun Family Forest.  The discovery prompted the Conservancy to remove close to 15 tons of soil as part of the remediation efforts.  BCM is now spearheading their attempt to recoup the expenses related to that cleanup.
