Beth Boepple Speaks at Maine’s 2019 Legal Year in Review

The Maine State Bar Association’s Legal Year in Review, held in Augusta on November 21st, featured experienced faculty from across the state including BCM’s resident Maine attorney, Beth Boepple. The annual review provides attendees with updates and changes to the law in the past year. The topics covered the full spectrum of legal fields from criminal law to real estate law. Beth spoke in both a morning and afternoon session on the many changes during the last legislative session to Maine’s environmental laws which ran the gamut from the first in the nation state-wide ban on polystyrene to-go containers, to major changes in Maine’s solar energy laws.
