NCABC Wins Outstanding Community Group Award at Environmental Summit

Among other award winners, North Country Alliance for Balanced Change (NCABC) attended the Community Action Works Local Environmental Leadership Summit on June 22, 2024, to take on environmental threats. NCABC is currently working to stop Casella from putting in a landfill smack dab in the middle of the Ammonoosuc River watershed. This unmarred area in New Hampshire is one of the highest-ranked wildlife areas, just half a mile from iconic Forest Lake.
