NH Farm & Forest Expo Workshop a Huge Success!

As part of the 2017 NH Farm & Forest Expo, held on February 17, 2017, Attorney Amy Manzelli and other members of the NH Coalition for Sustaining Agriculture lead a timely discussion “Tell it like it is: Frank talk about farming and local land-use regulation” about the impacts, good and bad, of local regulations on farms of all sizes and kinds. Farmer and municipal panelists along with workshop participants shared their perspectives, stories and insight on preventing and resolving conflicts among neighbors, farmers and town boards. Information gathered will be used by the Coalition to develop resources for farmers and their communities to navigate rights and regulations to address municipal agricultural conflict.
